"A $6.5 million multi-purpose entertainment attraction at the Charles Point Marina has been proposed by a group of Peekskill businessmen. Restaurateurs Louis Lanza and John Sharp, Captain Lawrence Brewery Founder Scott Vaccaro, and Diamond Properties co-owner Bill Diamond, have joined forces to develop the former site of The Cove restaurant."
